Managing social relationships in France


 
Most foreign executives who have to manage social relations in companies located in France usually know very little about the employees' representative system, the organization of the trade unions, their policies and practices. This course is designed to provide a good introduction to this very specific conception of social relations. It will also enable participants to understand the basis of this management “à la française” in this particular context of workers' representation.
